The subject of this picture is my dog Oso II. To edit my picture I used a website called light room. I used AI regenerate and light adjustments. My edits made the photo look less dirty and more focused on Oso II. These edits make the picture more cinematic and better presentable, this matters to the viewer.

For my photography project, I focused on one person and used different lighting techniques to capture their features. I started with top lighting to create a dramatic overhead effect, which highlighted the contours of their face. Then, I tried split lighting, which illuminated one side while leaving the other in shadow, adding depth to the portrait. Finally, I used Rembrandt lighting, known for the triangle of light on the shadowed cheek, giving a classic look. Each method brought something unique to the images, allowing me to explore how light and shadow can change a portrait's mood.
